For those of you not familiar with our practice, chiropractor Dr. Kurtz has been providing chiropractic care here in Wilson since 1993 and has been a chiropractor for 18 years. He was recently joined by Dr. Karel Lloyd, who is originally from Nash County and received his degree from Life University in Atlanta Georgia. Our Chiropractors are Dedicated to Finding Relief.

Our Wilson chiropractors are committed to helping patients by preventing and relieving a number of maladies. One area of care is for personal injury patients that are in pain resulting from a car, workplace or other accident. We offer chiropractic treatments for neck pain and back pain.
